Ahlul Bait:
Household of Prophet Muhammad, Sallallahu Alaihi wa Sallam [Quote - 510]

Feb 28, 2014

This ignorant and foolish world can fight and quarrel all it wants. And it can say whatever nasty, painful and small-minded things that come to its mind.

But the fact is that Allah will not abandon the Ahlul Bait -- the blessed and noble family of Prophet Muhammad, Sallallahu Alaihi wa Sallam.

Not in this world, and not in the next world.

Nor will Allah abandon those who love the noble and blessed Ahlul Bait of his Beloved Rasul, Sallallahu Alahi wa Sallam.

Ahlul Bait are the family, the household, of Prophet Muhammad, Sallallahu Alaihi wa Sallam. They will be a part of this world for as long as the world lasts.

They are the children -- descendants -- of Fatimah, the daughter of Prophet Muhammad, Sallallahu Alaihi wa Sallam, and Ali, his nephew, who embraced Islam when he was a mere boy.

And at a time no one else would stand up to express support for Prophet Muhammad, Sallallahu Alaihi wa Sallam, when he openly invited his clan to join him and embrace the message of La Ilaaha Illallah -- No God But God.

Thereafter, Ali, almost single-handedly turned the tide of practically every battle in favor of Islam and Muslims.

And when the Muslims elected him as their fourth Ruler after Prophet Muhammad, Sallallahu Alaihi wa Sallam, he showed them what the divine notion of Government of the People by the People meant in actual practice.

And that was a full 1200 years before this blessed notion of the Kingdom of God on Earth was so clearly and powerfully articulated by the 16th American President Abraham Lincoln in his Gettysburg Address in the year 1863.
