from the Qur’an!

Taking the Qur’an to Every Home and Heart that Needs It —
And which One Does Not?)

The Qur’an is all things good: from physical to spiritual to psychological to financial to economic to political to everything else.

The Qur’an is the word of Almighty Allah and declares itself to be a cure for all that may ail the human hearts.

Shifaa-un Limaa Fis-Sudoor!

And it is a remedy for all that may be wrong with the human condition.

And the Qur’an came from God Almighty packed with cure (Shifaa’) for all illnesses and loaded with blessings and love and mercy for believers.

As a result, its meanings are profound and its words are powerful. And they have spectacular effects and implications for both this world and the next world.

So reciting and reading them, and reflecting on their meaning, is a sure path to success and wellbeing in both worlds.

Wird in Arabic, and in the language and culture of Islam, means reading and reciting something over and over again.

Awuraad is plural for Wird.

Below are some passages taken from the Qur’an. They are full of blessing and power and effect – both worldly and other-worldly.

They are among the best Awuraad to recite for all kinds of worldly and other-worldly benefits and advantages and help from Allah.

Those Working for Allah must train themselves to recite these Awuraad as much as they can – during all parts of day and night.

And especially when they are confronted by difficult and challenging situations and circumstances.

  1. When Fear and Anxiety attack you, recite as often as you can (Surah Az-Zumar, 39, Aayat 38):

  1. In the course of your work, when doubt, despondency and discouragement seem to overtake you, keep reciting (Surah At-Tawbah, 9, Aayat 129):

  1. When overcome by difficult or daunting situations, recite (Surah Aal Imraan, 3, Aayat 173):

  1. And also: Surah Al-Anfaal, 8, Aayat 40.

  1. And Surah Al-Hajj, 22, Aayat 78.
