Islam Is Doing the Same Thing Over and Over - And Doing It Better Every Time!

Islam Is Doing the Same Thing
Over and Over –
And Doing It Better Every Time!

Dr. Pasha

(Bringing Islam to the World One Concept at a Time!
Taking the Qur'an to Every Home and Heart that Needs It --
And which One Does Not?)

That is Islam!

I mean, often, doing a lot of what we do, over and over and over.

And trying to do it better each time.

Take Kalimah Tayyibah for example. It is the same Laa Ilaaha Illa Allah forever.

All 'Aqeedah -- Islamic creed as some people may call it -- is encrypted and compressed inside it.

Seemingly, just four words. No more.

And yet those four words pack the whole world inside them.

And all of Islamic life.

And all of human history: past, present and future.

And every human being’s individual “horoscope,” as it were: what was; what is; and what will be.

That means you know Laa Ilaaha Illa Allah, and you will know everything about this world.

And about the next world.

Of course, you will have to master all the sciences and all the arts in the world, of both the mind and the heart, to unravel the intricacies and fathom the true depths of the four words of Laa Ilaaha Illa Allah.

Don’t you see what Allah says in the Qur’an? And how clearly and categorically he states it?

He says: Fa’alam Annahu Laa Ilaaha Illa Allah!

Paraphrase: “So, know – and understand – that there is no God but Allah!”

You thought {E = MC2} was the most simple and yet the most profound and powerful and elegant theoretical statement on earth.

And it is.

But that was before you learned the four words of Laa Ilaaha Illa Allah!

There is nothing simpler, and yet, at the same time, there is nothing more elegant, more profound and more powerful in heaven or earth (as perhaps Hamlet would say to his university friend Horatio) than Laa Ilaaha Illa Allah!

And these are the four words that changed the world – over and over and over.

They did so during the time of Noah and Abraham, may Allah bless them.

And they did it during the time of Moses and Jesus, may God bless them.

And they did it when Allah sent them down to earth as part of the pages of the Qur'an.

And ever since Prophet Muhammad, Sallallahu Alaihi wa Sallam, first taught them to people in their original Arabic – 1400 years ago.

And they have been doing that ever since: over and over and over.

These four words of Laa Ilaaha Illa Allah!

Changing the world I mean.

The whole world has been dancing to the tune of these four words ever since. That has been the history of the world for all this millennium and a half.

The world struggling to keep up with the march of Laa Ilaaha Illa Allah!

Through space and through time.

And the world has been changing and morphing and huffing and puffing to meet and keep up with the standard set by these four words.

That is because they are divine words – each one of them.

They are Godspeak, as it were: all four of them, taken directly from the pages of the Qur'an.

So, our job is to keep reciting and chanting them over and over and over.

For, that is Islam.

Laa Ilaaha Illa Allah!

And to do it better every time we do it.

That means putting more heart and soul and mind and attention and concentration and energy in reciting them every time we recite them.
