So, the best option for a Muslim always is to throw himself body, soul and mind in the struggle to serve Allah and his Creation.
In doing so, a Muslim is able to recruit the services and blessings of the entire creation in his behalf.
And above all that, he earns the pleasure and protection of his master, God the Almighty.
Such a person is immune to fear and grief. His life is filled with Allah’s power and presence.
