Rasul, Sallallahu Alaihi wa Sallam, Prior to Bi'that [Quote – 1052]

Aug 13, 2020

What was Muhammad, Sallallahu Alaihi wa Sallam, like before he became Rasul? That is the key question every Muslim must ask.

We are told, among other things, he was most Truthful, most Trustworthy.

And then every Muslim must ask: How do I compare to him in terms of those human qualities: SadaaqatAmaanat, and all the other human qualities, that he possessed in such abundant measure before he became a Rasul?

That is what most of us lack today: Human Excellence. We talk Islam but we lack basic human qualities. We fall woefully short on those.

Fact is, Islam does not happen in a vacuum. Islam is a superstructure that is built on superior human qualities.

Among which are Sadaaqat and Amaanat.

Where do Muslims as individuals and as societies stand today in terms of just those two well-known qualities?

As-Saadiq, Al-Ameen.

The Qur'an summarized his Character as:

Innaka La-Alaa Khuluqin Azeem.

Hazrat Aisha said: His character was Qur'an personified.

Kaana Khuluquhul Qur'an.
